To ensure the highest quality in our customized panels, we first dip each panel in a molten zinc or zinc-aluminum bath as an initial protective coating. Next, chemical pretreatment ensures permanent adhesion between the paint primer and metal substrate. Then our high-performance primer is applied, which helps to inhibit corrosion and increases the colour’s longevity. Lastly, a quality top coat comprised of a silicone-modified coating is applied on top of the primer, ensuring decades of colour vibrancy and steel integrity.
